Raul's journey into the culinary world was inspired by his love for BBQ and a dream shared with a close friend and fellow officer who passed away in the line of duty. "Lick It" was his friend’s catchphrase, a reminder to savor the good moments life offers. Today, we continue to celebrate this ethos through every dish served.
